OPEN Forum CEO Bootcamp

We designed a complete digital experience for American Express CEO BootCamp — from registration flow to live stream and re-engagement tactics before, during and after event. American Express OPEN first launched CEO BootCamp to help women CEOs take their businesses to the next level. The one-day event included keynote speakers, panels, interactive workshops, networking and mentoring conversations with small business owners.

The redesigned experiences were launched to support both Chicago and New York event in 2014. With the redesign, CEO BootCamp saw an 135% increase in attendees from the inaugural CEO BootCamp event in 2013.

#CEOBootCamp hastage trended both nationally and locally. There were 6,640 day-of tweets for New York event, generating 33 million impressions. Social engagement was driven by onsite messaging, video and photo activations, a Twitter wall and social media shout-outs during the live stream broadcast.

 
 
 

A Fun RSVP Flow

It started with an excel sheet full of business requirements. And we turn it into a fun RSVP template with customization sections and input options, fit for any types of events.

 
 
 

The Livestream

We added module featuring tweets from both live and online audience. As the day progresses, the agenda section advances in sync with the speakers. All items on this page is CMS control and built for all types of upcoming events.
